Dota2 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Users

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the dota2 platform. This document defines your rights, responsibilities, and the rules governing your relationship with us as a user. By accessing this platform, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Users are prohibited from creating more than one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may lead to termination of all related accounts.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activities under your account. dota2 recommends you:

  • Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
  • Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
  • Notify dota2 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Log out after each session if using a shared device.

Dota2 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with the above security obligations.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

By using the dota2 platform, you agree not to engage in any activities that:

  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.
  • Deceiving, misleading, or harming other users or the dota2 platform.
  • Using automation software, bots, or other technical methods to access or use the platform improperly.
  • Attempting to breach, hack, or disrupt platform system security.
  • Exploiting technical errors or system loopholes to gain unfair advantage.
  • Distributing illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that all information provided to dota2 is truthful and up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration or any transaction is a serious breach of these terms.

4. Payment & Transactions Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the dota2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via local payment methods including Boost, GrabPay, and online bank transfers. The minimum deposit is RM 20 depending on the payment method selected.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them. dota2 reserves the right to request identity verification or proof of payment method ownership before processing any transactions.

Winnings withdrawals will be processed within the timeframes specified according to the chosen withdrawal method. dota2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms. All transactions are final and irreversible unless otherwise stated by dota2.

Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other financial obligations arising from winnings or use of this platform under applicable Malaysian law.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Dota2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, service interruptions, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Account Suspension and Termination

Dota2 reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate user accounts without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of: fraud or dishonest behaviour; breach of these terms; use of the platform for illegal purposes; or failure to provide requested verification documents. In cases of termination due to fraud or terms violation, dota2 may withhold account balances pending further investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dota2 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of dota2 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent from dota2.

Third-Party Links

The dota2 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. dota2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Users access such third-party services at their own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Dota2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our discretion at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the dota2 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Failing that, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
